1. Free Service — No Charges to Consumers
Devoron provides its loan comparison service entirely free of charge to consumers. Because we do not charge users any fees for accessing our platform, using the comparison tool, or viewing loan offers, there are no consumer payments to refund.
2. Referral Fees
Devoron earns referral fees from NCR-registered lending partners when consumers successfully apply through our platform. These fees are paid by lenders and are not charged to or recoverable from consumers at any time.
3. Loan Repayments
Any loan repayments, cancellation fees, or early settlement charges related to a loan agreement you enter into with a lender are governed by that lender's own terms and conditions and the applicable provisions of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005. Devoron has no authority over, and bears no responsibility for, these charges.
If you wish to cancel a loan or dispute charges from a lender, please contact that lender directly. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) at www.ncr.org.za or call 0860 627 627.
4. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged by Devoron in error, please contact us immediately at support@devoron.site. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
